Who we are
Gridlock Turf Buckeye is a new company, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. It's run by a young owner-operator who chose to focus on one city, Buckeye, because it's growing fast and its homeowners deserve a turf company that knows its master-planned communities and HOA rules.
We don't have a long list of past projects to show yet. What we do have is a simple way of working, and promises we can keep on every job.
What we promise
- A free on-site estimate. We measure your yard, check drainage and HOA rules, and bring turf samples.
- A written quote within 48 hours. Itemized, clear, with no pressure and no obligation.
- A fast reply. We call or text back the same day, 7AM–6PM.
- Turf built for Arizona heat. UV-stabilized turf over a graded, compacted base.
- Help with your HOA. We'll help prepare your approval submission.
- A clean job site. Old grass and debris hauled away, and the site cleaned before we leave.
How the install team works
The installation itself is done by experienced, vetted installers. We set the layout with you before work starts and walk the finished yard with you at the end, and the job isn't closed out until you've walked the yard and you're satisfied.
Buckeye only
We serve Buckeye and nowhere else. That focus means we know the communities, from Verrado and Sienna Hills near the White Tanks to Teravalis, Festival Ranch, and Sun City Festival in the north and Westpark, Sundance, and Copper Falls south of I-10. No travel fees anywhere in our Buckeye service area.
